“Pure Comfort and Attention to Detail” HOME FOR LEASE This 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1920 sq ft home is ready to move into and enjoy. The property is a fully fenced yard on a 1/3 acre lot. Close to the Tonto Basin Marketplace and less that 8 miles from the lake. 3 car extended and insulated garage, front covered patio, back extended covered patio, RV hook up, panoramic views of 4 Peaks and Picture Mountain. Bonus: Lots of stars to gaze at night!! Sleeps 6. The large master suite has a spacious master bath with a relaxing garden tub and walk- in shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet with built in shelves and drawers in the closet. Furnished with a King size bed, two night stands, a chest of drawers, a rocking chair with ottoman, a 9 drawer dresser with a matching mirror attached, Color TV and Direct TV access sit on top of the chest of drawers, ceiling fan and light in the center of the room, decorative lamps on the night stands, art on the walls and window coverings to make this room cozy and inviting. The master bath is stocked with 3 full sets of bath, hand and face towels, a tub rub and a shower rug as well and 5 full sets of king size sheets. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed, one night stand and a 9 drawer dresser with a matching mirror / shelf unit attached, a large closet, ceiling fan with light centered overhead in the room, decorative lights on the dresser and night stand as well as art on the walls and window coverings. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Full size bed, a chest of drawers and has a large closet as well as window coverings for your privacy. There is a ceiling light centered in the room. Reading room has 2 awesome chairs with ottomans, end table, lamp, wall décor, window coverings and is a great place to catch up with friends or a favorite book! Living room has a built in entertainment center with surround sound speakers, stereo, Color TV and Direct TV included as well as modest decorative details, plus window coverings. The couch seats 3 and has 2 recliners and a drop down beverage holder. The rocking chair reclines as well, the top shelf of the end table holds a lamp, and the room is centered by a square coffee table and lighted ceiling fan. Kitchen is complete including pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave oven, standard oven, flat cook top range, dual sinks, island and breakfast bar, and small appliances galore! Formal dining room is appointed with a round glass table and 4 chairs with a chandelier handing in the center and window coverings as well as 2 large pieces of art on the wall. The hallway holds a built in desk / office space with shelves and drawers. Hall bath is a full 4 piece bath with shower curtain and decorative over curtain as well as art on the walls. The vanity has drawers and cupboards. Plus 3 full sets of bath, hand and face towels in the storage closet inside this bath and a tub rug resting on the edge of the tub. Laundry room is open and convenient with washer and dryer, cabinets above and next to equipment for storing spare queen and full size sheets, cleaning supplies, and miscellaneous stuff. The padded bench is handy for folding laundry. The large storage closet has a broom, one hand held and one full size vacuums as well as a mop. Furnace and water heater are also in separate closets in this room. In the garage is a full size stand up freezer. Cabinets line the east wall of the garage. Man doors on the east and west walls, garage doors are tall and wide so a boat and quads can easily fit. The floor has a drain. This garage is “THE MAN CAVE of all man caves”!! West patio is carpeted with indoor-outdoor carpet and has a round glass table with 4 chairs for eating outside and watching the quail waddle by.
