To make a reservation,you need to fill in a booking form and return it to us with a £75.00 per week deposit. This can either be paid by UK or US dollar cheque, bank transfer or by paypal (4% surcharge applies)
Property Refundable Bond We also require a(£75.00 refundable security bond in case of breakage, loss or damage to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after your return from holiday when we have confirmation that the villa was left in the same condition as it was when your occupancy commenced, less any deductions to cover cost of replacement or repair. This bond is due along with your final balance.
Balance The full balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday |
