Take a cool dip in your own private pool... or step down into the inviting ocean just off the sun deck. The water is calm and shallow here (about waist-high)... perfect for playing, swimming, and snorkeling. And the sugar white sand of secluded Taylor Bay Beach is just a four minute stroll away!
Your Turks and Caicos vacation begins with an airport greeting by one of our friendly villa representatives. They’ll escort you to Sunset Point, a short 10 minute drive from the airport. As you walk through the front door and into the expansive living room, you’re treated to an impressive panoramic view of the ocean… crystal clear, turquoise waters as far as the eye can see! Your villa representative will orient you to the house, help you with arranging activities like diving or day excursions, and answer any questions you may have.
Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point Villa’s spacious living area, which features a dramatic cathedral ceiling. Rows of sliding glass doors provide tropical breezes and an unparalleled view of the ocean. In the living room, amenities include cable TV and a multi- disc CD stereo system, with a library of CD’s for your listening pleasure. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper story of the main house. Open the shutters on the suite's gallery window, and you’ve got yet another incredible view of the ocean!
On the ground level leading to the pool deck, the game room features a 39” big screen TV, Sony Playstation 2 with games, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.
The adjoining wing is connected by covered decks and includes three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and large private balconies. The oversized first floor bedroom suite has vaulted ceilings, a conversation area and loft level for reading and sleeping.
