Enjoy hazy days and golden nights at our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house. Available to rent at a surprisingly affordable price; located directly on Frenchman's Bay at Treasure Beach on the South Coast of Jamaica (sleeps up to 6). Apart from sun, sand, sea and seclusion, you can sit back on the verandah and enjoy the absence of city life and delight in the beautiful sunrise and sunset right from the doorstep.

The house offers an open spacious living/dining/kitchen area and provides a cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils along with a TV, VCR and CD music system. There is ample room for parking and external lighting.

Fan cooled, 2 en-suite bedrooms within the house and 1 en-suite bedroom in the chalet behind the main house. A housekeeper provides light housekeeping twice weekly; linen and towels are supplied.

There is a small shopping plaza nearby where you can pick up essential groceries.

Airport meeting service/roundtrip transfers, local drivers, motorbike rentals, private guides, boat/fishing/touring guides can all be easily arranged, as requested.

On-call licensed therapeutic masseur services available.

Located on Frenchman's Bay at Treasure Beach; being an easy-going, small community that has become the main tourist centre on the South Coast, particularly popular with a hip bohemian crowd. There are some wonderful places to eat and a couple of great attractions, while the bays here also boast very pretty beaches. The Santa Cruz Mountains rise up from the sea just east of Treasure Beach and run northwest, providing a scenic backdrop for the village and protecting the area from rain clouds coming from the north. As a result, Treasure Beach has one of the driest climates on Jamaica, with a scrubby, desert- like landscape resembling African savannahs. This is farming country, and you'll see plantations scattered around the area. Treasure Beach is located on the South Coast some 7 miles from Lover's Leap and 15 miles from Black River in the parish of St. Elizabeth.

Treasure Beach itself is made up of a string of loosely connected fishing settlements. Treasure Trove Cottage is located on the long sandy sweep of Frenchman's Bay, where tourism has replaced fishing as the main industry. Calabash Bay, is where you will find brightly coloured fishing boats that are pulled up onto the beach. To the east of Frenchman's Bay, Great Bay remains a fishing village with a couple of guesthouses and some lovely beaches, while west of Frenchman's Bay the road runs past Billy's Bay, home to a few villas, shacks and some goats.

Rental Policies: To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit within ten days of your reservation. The remaining 50% is required thirty days prior to your intended arrival. Payment can be made by cheque, money transfer or money order. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards! A $200 refundable security deposit for damages/breakages will be charged. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply - Full refund minus 20% of the rental rate if the cancellation is received prior to 90 days before your intended arrival - 50% refund if the cancellation is prior to 30 days before your intended arrival - No refund if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your intended arrival If we are able to rebook the rooms, then this policy may be amended.
