Originally built by a world famous designer and artist, and Set on a wondrous lush sprawling and magnificent private estate. Fabulously located on a gorgeous fairy tale like, breezy cliff side setting, offering total privacy with the most fabulous dreamy views one may imagine, overlooking sometimes calm & at times dramatic crystal clear multi colored Caribbean seas where one can "see forever", there is also a direct seafront designer swimming pool with its own waterfalls, and special "cocktail" seating.
Walking thru the manicured lush grounds, graced with numerous fountains, waterfalls and fishponds, "seeing is believing" flora & orchid filled botanical garden, featuring almost every tropical fruit known to man for your personal picking and eating enjoyment. Both the scents of flora, and delicious tastes of fresh tropical fruits are simply wonderful.
Situated close to villas formally owned by both Ian Fleming (James Bond author, who wrote all 007 books here in Jamaica) and famous British playwright Noel Cowards. Castles by the sea is just about a twenty minute drive to Ocho Rios, and its world famous Dunns River falls, Dolphin Cove marine park, world class golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, fantastic night life including Jimmy Buffet's Margaretville, plantation tours, superb restaurants, and great in bond shopping.
Stunning luxurious accommodations featuring designer decor furnishings with bright tropical colors throughout, gleaming marble tiles downstairs with polished wood floors in all four air- conditioned bedroom suites (two in each castle), which can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. All bedroom suites offer large private balconies with their superb Caribbean views, for both personal relaxing or dining as you like. Your dining room, lanai, television/living room, and kitchen also view the beautiful seas and pool. Rental Policies:
From April 15th thru December 14th Per Daily rates are as follows:
1 to 2 guests $600.00 3 to 6 guests $750.00
Additional persons (more than 6) are $50.00 per day each person, all year. Children two years old and under are free.
From January 4th 2007 thru April 14th:
1 to 2 guests $700.00 3 to 6 guests $900.00
CHRISTmas & New Years rates are $10,000 per week.
Refundable security damage deposit from $500.00 to $1,000 depending on the number of guest occupant(s).
We are not responsible for personal property, or possible accidents occurring in or around premises, on land or sea including but not limited to horseback riding, bicycling, swimming boating or other water or land occurrence. Employees are not authorized or recommended for use as drivers/chauffeurs for guests at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. |
