The Carib House is an airy luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, it is perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference. This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions for 20-80 persons with spacious living and entertaining areas. The Carib House is perfect for special events such as graduation celebrations or family reunions and is available for rent for all of the annual calendar events in Antigua such as Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht and Sailing Week Regattas. Comprising a total of five generous double bedrooms, all screened and with ceiling fans, our luxury villa can be rented as a whole, or as a 4 bedroom villa. The main house contains three of the bedrooms - the Master suite has a King size bed and its own en suite, while the other two large rooms which share a bathroom can be configured as twins or one with a King Size bed. The guest cottage is located above the swimming pool and has a King size four-poster bed and even the loo has a view. Down below, there is a garden apartment, with its own kitchen, bathroom, and a covered outdoor sitting/dining area. The living areas cover more than 4000 square feet. An open kitchen with a sitting room surround the pool table, and the balcony area has another lounge suite setting, hammocks, and dining table to sit up to 12 people comfortably. On the same level, the huge pool and patio area overlook the Caribbean sea and across Falmouth Harbour. At the end of the patio is yet another sitting room and more hammocks, with a 6 seater dining table. The villa is set in almost 2 acres of lush vegetation. A long winding driveway takes you to the grand entrance where you would be met by your host/hostess. They are there on hand to assist you with any questions you may have. The rates include daily maid service and we welcome agents inquiries. We can assist with pre-provisioning, additional staff such as baby-sitters and chefs, and have a host of ideas on how to best enjoy your holiday with us. |

The main house and terrace is built 60’ above sea level and is positioned to take advantage of the cooling Caribbean sea breezes. The nearest beach is only a two minute stroll away and there are boating marinas available within 10 minutes. The house has fantastic views over Falmouth Harbour and the Caribbean Sea, on a clear day you can see nearby islands Guadeloupe and Montserrat
The owners of the villa also have a picnic boat, capable of taking 7 people plus the skipper. "Soon Come" is a 27 foot Caribbean Pirogue that could take you to some of the most beautiful spots around Antigua - available for rent seperately |

Rental Policies:
A 25% non-refundabledeposit is required to confirm your booking. Please check our availability calendar for dates, and email us for confirmation. A booking form will need to be signed also. Final payment is required 6-9 weeks in advance, and no refund is available after these dates. A security deposit of USD$1500 is required prior to arrival, and can be paid in cash or wire transfer |
