Privately owned Villa within walking distance of Jolly Harbour and beach with all facilities. Palm House was constructed two years ago. It has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard and has a small pool and a large sundeck. It is surrounded by tropical gardens, a private drive, covered parking and utility room.
Palm House has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and 6 place dining area. All rooms are air-conditioned. The fully fitted kitchen has U.S. stove and refrigerator, microwave and all appliances and equipement you may require. There is a separate utility room for the washing machine. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite facilities which include bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and all bedrooms come with mirrored wardrobes, blackout blinds and window drapes. The third double bedroom has been furnished with two single beds.There is a family bathroom, with shower and bath.
All rooms have garden views of Palm trees and fauna which surround the house. There is cable TV with US/BBC World Service, DVD player and internet connection.
Outside is a small pool on the large private sundeck with 6 comfortable sunlougers. Also dining room table and chairs for your dining under the stars.
Nearby amenities: 5 minute walk to several restaurants, bars, tennis/squash courts, golf course, night club, Grand Princess casino, drug store, internet cafe, car rental, health and beauty spa, and an internationally stocked supermarket. Also the beautiful Jolly Harbour attracts boat enthusiast from around the world.

The rental price is dependant on the season. A deposit of 30% of the rental is required to secure a booking. This will be used as a security deposit, refundable after the rental is completed subject to the standard inventory check.
