Rental Policies:
To Secure a Reservation: Deposit of 25% of total due 48 hours after
booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Arrival/Departure times: Unless special arrangements are made, check-
in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:30 a.m.
Cancellation: We will refund your money if we can replace your
booking. Refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of
nights re-booked.
Delayed Arrivals: No refunds - we are not responsible for
circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Housekeeping: Complimentary - before and after arrival.
Minimum Stay: 3 - 7 nights - sometimes negotiable.
No smoking allowed in townhome: You may smoke outside on the private,
covered patio/deck. Please clean up after yourself.
No pets: We strive for an allergy-free environment.
