Nightly rental rates vary depending on the time of year.
MINIMUM STAY There is a minimum night stay of 3 nights year round with the exception of Christmas / New Years during which time there is a 7 night minimum.
Deposit equivalent of 1 night rental due 2 days after reservation acceptance. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments to be made by personal check.
Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will result in a minimum loss of the security deposit but a maximum loss of the entire payment.
No Smoking, no pets, maximum 10-12 people, no noisy parties, damage deposit refundable after inspection (visa imprint will be taken upon arrival).
