Rental Policies:
Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders. Final payment is due one month prior to arrival. We will also accept personal cheques; however, final payment must be received a minimum of two months prior to arrival.
Deposit
We require a deposit of the first nights stay plus 7% GST upon booking to secure the dates requested.
In an effort to maintain Snowy Creek as family-oriented complex, a signed credit card slip /imprint will be collected upon arrival for any damages or by-law violations which result in complaints or fines including excessive noise after 11:00pm. For safety reasons, money will also be deducted in the event the number of people exceeds the number agreed upon in the rental agreement without proper notification or permission, or in the event that excessive numbers of people are permitted to enter the townhouse at any time.
Cancellation Policy
For reservations made more than 60 days from the first night of stay - you may cancel within 30 days after paying your deposit and receive a full refund. After 30 days your deposit shall be forfeit or put toward a future booking.
For reservations made less than 60 days and more than 30 days from the first night of stay - you may cancel within 14 days after paying your deposit, and receive a full refund. After 14 days your deposit shall be forfeit or put toward a future booking.
For reservations made less than 30 days from the first night stay - you may cancel within 72 hours of giving us your deposit, and receive a full refund. After 72 hours your deposit shall be forfeit or put toward a future booking.
Cleaning This unit is self maintained but mid-stay linen change/cleaning/hot tub check-up can be arranged for stays of 7 or more nights.
Pets Pets are generally not permitted.
