Enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery in the heart of golf and wine country. Our sunny mild climate means all season recreation: skiing, boating, golfing, swimming, fishing and hiking.
Relax in our tastefully decorated vacation home with expansive windows to take in the view, or BBQ and play on our spacious deck and lawn.
Our fabulous location can't be beat. Enjoy our large private sand beach, right next to a wildlife sanctuary, which begins the lovely waterfront boardwalk to downtown. Walk, roller blade or bike to free outdoor concerts, shops and restaurants. Your kids will love this! Our level lot is safe for kids and seniors with no rocks and shallow water which warms up nicely in our bay.
Our modern kitchen has all the conveniences you expect. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a single/double bunk.
The sundeck is off the dining room (seats up to 8), living room and master bedroom. You may want to end the day with a wiener roast at the beach fire pit or walk to a wide array of nightlife including the Lake City Casinos in The Grand Okanagan hotel.
Ours is the first house, on the first private beach, north of the Grand Hotel/Casino and City Park. It's at the end of the lovely waterfront boardwalk, right after the wildlife sanctuary, where the osprey viewing platform is.
Weekly Rates: All rates in Canadian dollars September 6 to October 2, 2004.....C$1900/week October 2 to 23.....C$1400/week October 23 to December 18.....C$1000/week December 18 to January 2, 2005.....C$1900/week January 3 to April 30.....C$1000/week April 30 to May 28..... C$1400/week May 28 to June 25.....C$1900/week June 25 to July 2.....C$2500/week July 2 to September 3.....C$2950/week September 3 to September 10.....C$2200/week September 10 to October 1.....C$1900/week Daily Rate: September 25 to May 19 (with some restrictions, based on double occupancy, $20 extra per person).......C$200/night

are honouring our present commitments. After September 10, we will
