Your luxury holiday home is located in the exclusive Arabian Ranches, Dubai. The villa is of top standards and boasts a beautiful private pool, children's pool, on-site golf course, golf academy, equestrian centre, polo fields, spa facilities and shopping centre. For your comfort all 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to use your culinary skills to their full potential as if you were in your home whilst the DVD player and satellite television ensure this really will be a home away form home!
As parents ourselves we know the pitfalls when traveling with children. We are here to banish those stressful moments and allow the whole family to truly enjoy their break in Dubai. We will cater for your every need! Not only do we have a range of baby equipment, which you can pre-book for use at the villa, we will even supply suitable entertainment for your little cherubs. From baby toys to video gaming we will supply them all! Just let us know the ages of your children at the time of booking and leave the rest to us! No need to worry about having a swimming pool around children, we have designed the garden surrounding the villa to be child friendly, providing a separate area where your children can play without access to the swimming pool. Babysitting can also be arranged, if required, through a local babysitting firm for a small fee. A maid service will be provided once a week when the villa will be cleaned and all bed linen and towels changed. If however you require additional cleaning this can be arranged at a small extra charge.
We guarantee to provide you with a stress free vacation at your Arabian Ranches Retreat. You will be met at the airport where we can have taxis waiting for you to take you to your villa or alternately if you have arranged to hire a car we will have a car waiting for you to follow to your Desert Dream Villa located in Dubai’s Arabian Ranches. We promise we are here to make your holiday a truly relaxing one. We even offer a grocery service where you can pre-order everything from baby food to fresh meat and vegetables. We will ensure that your cupboards, fridge and freezer are stocked up for your arrival. No more searching for the local supermarket on the first day of your holiday when you should be relaxing by the pool!
Dubai is fast becoming one of the world’s favorite and most exclusive tourist destinations and offers the very best in sports, entertainment, adventure and shopping. Unfortunately we do not have any photographs of the villa at present as it is still under construction due for completion in December 2004. We will however have available at the end of march 2005 an IPIX 360 degree digital tour of the villa which will give you a view of the villa as if you were really there.

2. 20% deposit required to confirm booking.
3. balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
