Our luxury 5 Bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 and is situated in a quiet and secluded community just off the US 192 approx 15 mins drive from the maingates of Disney World, and is right on the 10th Fairway of Highlands Reserve 18 Hole, Par 72, Golf Course. Only a short walk from the Clubhouse, Putting Greens, Driving Range, Community Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts, we are sure that you will love our spacious and luxurious home. The surrounding area is full of pine trees and citrus groves which make short walks in the evening sun a joy and a pleasure. Let us not forget the private pool (facing the 10th fairway) to catch all of that daytime sunshine too!
Our House Benefits from: 2 Queen Rooms, 3 Twin Rooms – one of which is situated on the ground floor for easy disabled access, 2 Full Bathrooms, Downstairs Washroom, Fully Equipped Utility Room, Newly Installed Games Room, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, Unlimited International Calls, Full Air-conditioning, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Separate Dining area, TVs/DVD Players/CD Radios and iPod docking station.
Our Home is Located In The Prestigious Highlands Reserve Community. Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club Are Minutes Away On Foot. Our Home is just off the US 27, we are 2 miles south Of The US Highway 192 and only 4 Miles from the I-4. Amenities such as: Shops, Supermarkets and Restaurants are a few minutes walk away. Disney World, SeaWorld, UniversalOrlando Resort and Other Such Attractions are only a short drive away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) Is Approx. 35 Mins. Drive Away and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) Is Approx. 50 Mins. Drive Away.

Our home comes fully equipped with our own private pool overlooking the 10th Fairway of Highlands Reserve, 18 Hole, Par 72 Golf Course.

Rental Policies:
Booking – A provisional booking date may be held by telephone/internet and will be held for five days pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate. Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the house as a Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing and assigning. Any persons not shown on the booking form will be asked to leave by our local agents. Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the villa. Reservation Deposit – A deposit of £100/$175 per week is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once booking form is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due. A security deposit of £200/$350 in the form of a separate check MUST be paid with the balance. Deposit and Payment of Balance – The balance of your account will be payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your arrival date are payable in full at the time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by due date. Inventory items – No inventory items must be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Any breakages or damage must be reported to the Management Company immediately. It is essential that guests do not tamper with the controls for the air-conditioning unit, sprinkler systems, or swimming pool heating and timer. Adjusting these systems could cause extensive damage and your security deposit may be forfeited if any damage is caused and you may be liable for further costs. Cancellations - The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply: Over 8 weeks prior to your arrival date: Deposit forfeited. Between four and eight weeks prior to your arrival date: 50% of total cost forfeited. Less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date : 100% of total cost forfeited. Arrival/Departure times – The rental commences at 3.00p.m on the day of your arrival and ceases at 11.00a.m on the day of departure. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure. All rentals are inclusive of electricity, water, and local sales taxes. A telephone is available for your use in the villa, with local calls being free of charge, but you will need to pay an additional rental fee for long distance or international calls. Force Majeure – The owner or owners agent cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, or changes caused by force majeure.
